At UREVO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble your treadmill or fitness gear and pack it securely in the original box with all manuals, tools, and accessories included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for heavy items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
